Admin Assistant (Part time)

Responsibilities:

Provide support in routine administrative tasks
Assists in all the administrative worksand other ad-hoc duties
Provide general administrative duties and ad-hoc duties
Handle phone calls enquiry, filing, data entry and report generating

Requirements:

Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Part-Time positions available.
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or above
Able to work minimum 3 days per week.
Independent, hardworking and good team player
Able to handle tight deadline and work under pressure
