Administrative Assistant (Permanent/Temporary)

Responsibilities:
Permanent
Registration of new vehicles with LTA
Preparation of Customs Cargo Clearance Permits (CCP)
Data-Entry of all Indent/Purchase Orders and Sales Agreements into the system
Preparation & posting of daily acknowledgements and invoices
Preparation of export documentation & ownership transfers
Preparation of L/C documents
Verification of customer & shipping invoices
Handling of incoming calls
Preparation of commission, sales, KFA reports and ISO documents.

Temporary Position (3 to 4 Months)
Closing & billing of repair sales jobs
Filing of documents

Requirements:

"O" level & above
Computer skills in Excel & Word
