Perform helpdesk roles.
Mainly responsible for troubleshooting and resolving of all Desktop and Laptop matters.
Provide hardware such as desktops, laptops, servers, printer, network devices & software preventive maintenance services.
Perform installation, configuration, migration, upgrading and maintenance of desktop PC, OS, software and related peripherals.
Participates in planning, testing and implementing new hardware/software application or projects.
Provide end-users knowledge of problems encountered to prevent future breakdown.
Support/troubleshooting including the diagnosing of hardware and software failures or problems
Manage hardware & software requisition as well as the inventory for all IT equipments.
Will be required to travel to other sites when activated
May require to standby on 24/7.
Requirements:
Minimum diploma in Information Technology or other relevant field
Be resourceful, problem-solving, meticulous, patience, positive attitude and active team player.
Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to speak at various organization levels.
Good knowledge of computer hardware, software and related peripherals.
Knowledge in Network, MS Exchange, Server an advantage.
Minimum diploma in Information Technology or other relevant field
Minimum 12 months of working experience in deskside support or related area
Candidates who possess basic server knowledge will have an added advantage
Hardworking with positive work attitude and a passion to excel in IT industry
Good customer service mindset
Able to communicate well in English
Applicant who can start work within short notice period will be given top priority
