IT Remote Support
Location: Loyang


Responsibilities:
Supervise local computer room operation to make sure IT infrastructure is reliable and secured
Assist the Client Services Manager to manage the Local IT team and Local IT services
Perform 3rd level support and troubleshooting of computer software and hardware that involve remote access, IT vendor coordination and/or onsite
Maintain and administer Microsoft Windows based servers & workstations, printers, other computer equipment and peripheral
Develop and maintain system documentations and inventories
Project management for local implementations of corporate, regional and local projects
Liaise with external network/PC vendors, consultants and technicians.
Provide user training such as PC applicationsand encourage more efficient use of the IT infrastructure.


Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or any related discipline or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience in front line IT support functions
MCP, MCSA/MCSE
CCNA
Comprehensive knowledge on computer hardware, software, PABX, LAN and Microsoft Windows NT/2K/XP/2003 operating systems & Microsoft networking and office application software
Strong working knowledge and experience in installation and troubleshooting common computer hardware and software issues
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, interpersonal skills & computer literate
Proactive, willing to travel (>33%) within the region and on short notices
