IT Support Engineer

Job Description:
Provide IT assistance and support to end users (printers, applications)
Install, configure, administer & maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and network peripherals)
Support/troubleshooting including the diagnosing of hardware and software failures or problems
Procurement and setup of new IT equipment
May require standby after office hours/weekends


Requirements:
Candidate must have strong passion for IT and able to demonstrate relevant technical skills.
Mature, responsible, and good time management skills are essential.
Requires minimum supervision.
Able to handle partners / customers in a professional manner.
Able to handle basic technical issues, including installing and troubleshooting hardware / software.
Experience with Windows servers and Microsoft products preferred.
Singaporean or PR only.
