Product Executive (SG)

Responsibilities:
Performing Game Bug testing & responsible for Testing Phases Report
Produce Game Content fact sheet based on game testing
Monitoring community posting & response to forum feedback accordingly
Performing CS/Qbox/escalation/investigation on daily routine
Assist Project Planner in Project Support/ game planning support associating with Game recruitment, recalling, retaining & Refill
A member of Event execution (Online & Offline)
Support the Marketing campaign for games

Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ levels or above is preferred.
Open to work on shift schedules (Inclusive weekends)
1 - 2 working experience in customer service industry will be an advantage.
Must be Internet Savvy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint.
Bilingual in English & Mandarin, to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
Able to interact well via online media.
Willing to work under stress and able to multi-task.
Fresh Diploma Graduates are welcome.

Working Environment:
East Area
Open to work on shift schedules (Inclusive weekends)
Commence immediately or within short notice
