SAP Service Desk / Basis Support

Job Description:
Regional SAP Helpdesk Support / Service Desk
Liaise with headquarter SAP Basis Consultants and regional infrastructure support to provide first level Basis support to regional SAP operation.
Provide first level SAP (ECC 6) authorization and GRC administration.

Requirements:
Diploma in IT or equivalent with 2-5 years of experience in IT authorization and administration support.
Basic knowledge of SAP ECC 6 Basis and Authorization concept (GRC administration) will be an advantage.
Some basic ERP knowledge would be an advantage.
Good team player yet be able to function independently with minimum supervision.
