Job Description:
SOFTWARE SUPPORT HELPDESK

Responsibilities:
Visit to our client offices for software installation & provide software training to the end users
Support user enquiries on IT issues via phone/email/remote assistance
Provide first level phone and email support
Diagnose and resolve technical issues
Make calls to existing clients informing about any upgrades or patches


Requirements:
1 - 2 years experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support
Fresh Diploma holders in IT or related discipline are welcome to apply
Fluent in using Web Applications
Fluent in using mobile phone application
Knows how to set-up phone applications
Have some IT knowledge
Guide Users over the telephone to use either mobile application or web application.
Good housekeeping and troubleshooting skills
Have a pleasant personality, patience enough and enjoy talking to people
Must have good speaking & writing communication skill in English
Having an analytical mind for problem solving
