Temporary Events Coordinator

Only Singaporean and PRs may apply. Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Assist in invitations and RSVP for conference delegates
Handle phone calls and event enquiries
Assist managers with marketing and branding activities to contribute to strong sale and sponsorship results.
Coordinate conference participation materials for speakers, sponsors and endorsing associations.
Assist with on-site registration and logistics during the events.

Pre-Requisite:

Professional and strong people skills over the phone
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook).
Positive, pro-active and can-do attitude
Presentable, pleasant and confident especially over phone.
Reliable, detailed, mature, able to work independently with minimum supervision, and a team player.
Minimum A level, or Diploma, preferably in event production, or marketing and communications.
