Assist in maintaining our manpower reports, weekly reports and monthly reports
Assist in the recruitment process of Retail positions, including interview.
Input and manage data on our payroll/HRIS system
Create personnel file for new hires and manage the system
Handle general insurance claims and reporting
Preparation of standard letters and any other ad-hoc letters
Handle general admin duties inclusive of filing, generate reports and etc
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma, GCE 'A' Level or equivalent.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Have great sense of urgency and able to handle multiple tasks
Possess good communication skills and must be a team player
Bilingual in Mandarin and English in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
5 day work week
Strictly open to Singaporeans or Singapore PRs only.
