Accounts Assistant

Job responsibilities:

Data entry
Issuing of invoices, debit & credit notes
Issuing of payments and collection of receipts
Bank reconciliation & daily updating of bank balances
Preparing & updating of aging listing

Requirements:

Minimum “O” level
Preferably with Basic Accounting Knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application
Only Singaporean/PR need to apply
