Customer Service Assistants (Permanent/Temporary)

Location: Cross (Central/South)

Responsibilities

Offer excellent customer service with retail sales experience
To go the extra mile and delight customer with excellent customer service beyond the call of own duties to the best interestsof customer and company
Be able to multi-tasking during peak periods
Be an effective Team player – able to work well with other team members and provide the necessary support as and when required
Willingness to build a long-term relationship with the customer and company


Requirements

Has the experience in handling complaints from unpleasant customers and also during service recovery
Customer-oriented with the passion, have a pleasant personality and friendly disposition
Keen to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Able to manage stressful conditions
Meticulous to all tasks - great attention to details and customer service
Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
Minimum GCE “O” Level required
Willingness to work overtime and take staggered shifts during weekends and public holidays. Working hours is weekdays from 12 noon to 8 pm and Sat/Sun from 12 noon to 4 pm.
