• Work closely with Manager in-charge of Alumni Database, and provide support on data cleansing process.
• Contact alumni (email and phone call) to verify contact information and update changes into the database system (CRM)
• Perform datamining i.e. generate reports from CRM for use on project
• Compile statistics, powerpoint presentation and reports on project
• Any administrative work assigned by the manager
Qualification and Requirement
• Min. “A” Level or Polytechnic graduate
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Fast and accurate keyboard typing
• Keen eye for details
• Good organization skills.
• Previous experience with database work and data-entry would be advantageous
• Able to start immediately
