- Provide administrative and clerical support in the Purchasing Department
- Handle enquiries, quotations, POs, filing and emailing
- Liaise with suppliers and engineers
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of Purchase Requests and Orders
- Generate Purchase orders
- GCE “O” Level qualifications and above
- Relevant working experience in Purchasing field preferred
