Administrative Assistant (Temporary)

JOB SCOPE
  •     Provide administrative and clerical support in the Purchasing Department
  •     Handle enquiries, quotations, POs, filing and emailing
  •     Liaise with suppliers and engineers
  •     Maintain proper filing and documentation of Purchase Requests and Orders
  •     Generate Purchase orders
REQUIREMENT

  •     GCE “O” Level qualifications and above
  •     Relevant working experience in Purchasing field preferred
