Part Time Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:

  •     To perform data entry with accuracy
  •     To generate Consignment/DO and Sales Invoices (Ad-Hoc)
  •     To manage incoming correspondence (Faxes / Mails / Telephone calls)
  •     To support ad-hoc tasks and general admin duties as required

Requirements:

  •     5 Days Work Week (12:30pm - 5:30pm)
  •     Self-driven and Meticulous
  •     Minimum N/O Levels
  •     Able to work under minimal supervision with Positive Attitude
  •     Home Makers are welcome to apply
  •     Singaporean or PR
