Part time admin staff (work from home)


Looking for a part time admin staff, able to work from home. You MUST satisfy all of the below in order to apply:

1) Computer, Printer, Phone & internet access
2) Knowledge of Microsoft office software
3) Able to set up basic office adminstration, such as proper system for quotation, invoicing, D.O and P.O Etc
4) minimum 5years office admin experience
5) job scope: prepare quotation,send out invoices, organise account inputs, call customer for bill settlement

Any age to apply, and flexible working hours! Working for landscape garden company, in need of someone with admin experience. Can start work immediately (Suitable for mothers and people looking for flexible hours)

Pay to be negotiable based on working schedule and work experience.
