Responsibilities

•     Handle full cycle of recruitment functions and activities
•     Write up and post advertisements on various newspapers and job portals
•     Organize and compile resumes
•     Screening and interviewing candidates
•     Perform telemarketing and building rapport with candidates
•     To develop and implement effective strategies and avenues to achieve own KPIs

 Requirements

•     Diploma / Degree in any field
•     Service oriented with excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
•     Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial team and fast-paced environment·
•     Highly organized, focused and result oriented.
•     Fluent in written and spoken English
