Volt is currently looking for a Temp Admin Assistant to assist our team.

Responsibilities:

  •     Assist in data-entry
  •     Updating of database
  •     General admin duties
  •     Handle incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
  •     Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  •     Proficient in MS Office applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
  •     Able to multi-task and meticulous
  •     Strong interpersonal & communication skills
  •     Able to commit at least 1 - 3 months
  •     Students on vacation/Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  •     Must be able to start work immediately or within short notice
  •     Only Singaporeans and Singapore PRs need apply
