- Assist in invitations and RSVP for conference delegates.
- Handle phone calls and event enquiries.
- Assist managers with marketing and branding activities
- Coordinate conference participation materials for speakers, sponsors and endorsing associations.
- Assist with on-site registration and logistics during the events.
Pre-Requisite:
- Professional and strong people skills over the phone
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook).
- Positive, pro-active and can-do attitude
- Presentable, pleasant and confident especially over phone.
- Reliable, detailed, mature, able to work independently with minimum supervision, and a team player.
- Minimum O level, fluent in English and Mandarin
