Events Customer Service Coordinator (3 months temporary with option to extend)

Responsibilities:

  •     Assist in invitations and RSVP for conference delegates.
  •     Handle phone calls and event enquiries.
  •     Assist managers with marketing and branding activities
  •     Coordinate conference participation materials for speakers, sponsors and endorsing associations.
  •     Assist with on-site registration and logistics during the events.

Pre-Requisite:

  •     Professional and strong people skills over the phone
  •     Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook).
  •     Positive, pro-active and can-do attitude
  •     Presentable, pleasant and confident especially over phone.
  •     Reliable, detailed, mature, able to work independently with minimum supervision, and a team player.
  •     Minimum O level, fluent in English and Mandarin
