Part Time Admin Assistant (East)

Currently seeking a part-time admin assistant for 3 months period, may convert to full time after that.

Location: Kaki Bukit
Salary: $7/hour
Working days: Mondays to Fridays, 10am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

• To provide general office admin support.
• To perform basic data entry for the company.
• To provide admin support on daily sales operations.
• To manage and update simple accounting (Invoices, Delivery Orders, Quotations etc).
• To assist in simple HR functions, such as leave record management.
• To establish and maintain orderly filing and documentation system.
• To manage incoming correspondence (emails, faxes, mails, telephone calls).
• Support ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

• N/O level, ITE, Diploma.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS office (Word and Excel & PowerPoint).
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills, meticulous, self-motivated and a team player.
• Able to multi-task with positive attitude.
• Able to commence duty in the shortest period of time.
• Singaporeans or Singapore PR.
